PP Container Successfully Passed The Test and Was Recognized by International Customers
PP Container Received Positive Feedback after Undergoing Various Tests
We sent samples of the 30ml, 50ml, and 100ml PP bottles with PP pipettes and Silicone teats to the customers in USA, Japan, Germany, and The Netherlands. The customers approved the PP containers after a series of chemical tests, heat test and fire test.
Here is a case about the PP dropper bottle where we did a small modification on the dropper teat to meet the customer’s request.
Test Report from the Customer in Japan
I tried pouring water into the dropper container I received the other day, but there was a lot of liquid left, so it doesn't seem to have much of a function to deal with residual liquid. I think the reason is that there is clearly a large gap between the tip of the dropper and the bottom of the bottle.
The Actions We Take
The picture explains that the head of our PP dropper and the bottom of the PP container have been modified to have zero gap. This way, the PP container can be closed good enough to absorb the essence oil in the PP bottle, without a waste of expensive essential oil.
After the male mold round kernel of the extrusion tip of teat was modified, the data obtained showed that there was about 1cc of residual oil left in the PP container bottle after the PP container and PP dropper were repeatedly squeezed and tested.
Advantages of Using PP Bottles
PP bottle refers to a bottle made from polypropylene (PP). Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer known for its durability, flexibility, and resistance to chemicals. PP bottles are generally considered safe for use with foods, baby bottles, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. They have a relatively low environmental impact compared to other types of plastics when recycled properly.
